🏆REGATTA RECAP —🏆 Fall 2024 Conference Regatta #1 at Minneapolis Sailing Center — 9/14

LMSS Sailors from Minnetonka and Blake raced in all sorts of conditions (sprinkling rain, heavy rain, wind, clouds…) against other local Middle and High Schoolers from across the state. Sailors raced in two fleets: A (6 races) and B (5 races).

Middle school racers, Lucas (7th grade) and Cayla (8th grade) placed 3rd🥉 in A fleet — THAT’S CRAZY GOOD!!! What an impressive regatta day (and Lucas’ first middle school regatta!) for these young sailors (against high schoolers!).

For many of our Middle and High School Sailors, this was their first-ever regatta! Congrats to all of our racers.
