At LMSS we are celebrating 50 years of bringing sailing into the lives of students of all ages. Our time from 1972-2022 has given us the opportunity to inspire some of the greatest sailors. We have sailors who started in our youngest of ranks and worked their way to college waters and beyond. Whether you are in it for the fun of the sport, to experience the thrill of racing, or a parent who loves to watch your child grow, our LMSS community has had a lasting impact in so many ways.

To celebrate 50 we ask you to join us in our fundraising efforts to raising $50,000 to kick start our fleets and equip our school to head into the next 50 years!

From basics for gear to “old school” tricks – our LMSS community is full of knowledge and skill. As we celebrate 50 years of raising amazing sailors we ask our whole community to become a part of the knowledge sharing. Watch for tips in our weekly emails, follow us on Instagram and Facebook where sailors of all levels share snapshots, and then send us your video sharing your big tip. 

Collect the knowledge that is shared and then give generously in return so together we meet our fundraising goal of $50K!
